Dinner time.



Its Fish time.
My dad used to come back home from a long day fishing with 3 or 4 big fishes.
I used to get excited about it since i LOVE to eat fish.
Clean the fish can be a challenge.But if you enjoy cooking , it should not stop you
from do it.
 

After I did clean my fish  ( BRONZINI )i stuffed it with fresh seasoning.
Capers. Olives. Garlic. Scallions. Salt and pepper.
Lay your fish on top of the  parchment paper with a little of OLIVE OIL.  ( try to avoid aluminium foil)  
                                       Preheat the oven to 350 degrees check it every 30 minute.
My hubby love to take pictures of me. I love to wear his t-shirt.
White wine . A small glass of it .Its good for your  heart.
Broccoli and asparagus on the side. yum.
